At DrinkProtein.com, we take pride in delivering high-quality nutrition products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns
Due to the nature of our consumable products, we do not accept returns once an item has been opened. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
Refunds & Replacements
  • If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or a refund based on the situation.
  • To process a refund or replacement, email help@DrinkProtein.com with your order number, a photo of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations & Changes
  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed, we cannot make changes.
  • If you placed an order by mistake, please email help@DrinkProtein.com immediately for assistance.
