Processing & Fulfillment
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped from our fulfillment center in Idaho.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times & Carriers
  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)
  • Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on location and service availability.
Shipping Costs
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
  • Free shipping promotions apply only to qualifying orders as stated at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.
  • If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, contact help@DrinkProtein.com.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
  • If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier with your tracking number for assistance.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
